Welcome to The Little Treasure Loft. We hope you enjoy your stay in our cosy first-floor apartment, right in the heart of St Just, one of Cornwall’s most characterful towns.
To help everyone have a comfortable and relaxing stay, we ask that you please follow the house rules below.
The Little Treasure Loft sleeps a maximum of 3 guests.
Only guests included on the booking may stay overnight.
Please do not invite additional visitors without prior agreement.
Check-in: from 3:00pm
Check-out: by 10:00am
The Little Treasure Loft offers self check-in via a key safe. Details will be sent to you before arrival.
Please vacate the apartment by 10:00am unless a later check-out has been agreed in advance.
The apartment is located above a shop and within a residential area of St Just town centre.
Parties, events, or gatherings are not permitted.
Please be considerate of neighbours and the shop below, particularly in the evening and early morning.
Quiet, respectful behaviour is expected at all times.
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside The Little Treasure Loft or in the communal areas.
Pets are not allowed.
Please treat the apartment and its contents with care.
Any items that are broken, damaged, or missing during your stay may be charged for.
We kindly ask that the apartment is left in a tidy condition on departure.
Fresh bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
Cleaning is included in the booking price.
For stays of 14 nights or more, a mid-stay linen and towel change is available.
Laundry facilities are available downstairs off the hallway. Please use them considerately and follow any instructions provided.
The Little Treasure Loft is on the first floor and accessed by stairs, so please take care.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The owner cannot accept responsibility for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
No refunds are given for late arrival or early departure.
Please return the keys to the key safe and scramble the code when leaving.
Failure to follow these house rules may result in the stay being terminated without refund.
